Web Code Now Terms of Use

  1. Web Code NOW, LLC will not use any data or property from one client on another client's project.

  2. Web Code NOW, LLC will take reasonable protections to ensure the privacy of a clients' intellectual property.

  3. No one may copy or reproduce any portion of this website/portal for any purpose whatsoever without prior approval from Web Code NOW, LLC.

  4. No one will upload any videos, photos or documents to the website beyond those associated with the project submitted. No people shall appear on the videos or photos. Under no circumstances shall pornographic or computer viruses be uploaded. Emails between clients and Web Code NOW, LLC will pertain strictly to the project in question.

  5. Web Code NOW, LLC does not pre-screen clients or its content.

  6. Spam and robots will not be tolerated by either clients or third parties.

  7. WebCodeNOW.com, the website or portal, reserves the right to make changes to its content, user interface, and pricing at any time.

  8. Web Code NOW, LLC, will not commence work until the first payment, as per the pricing agreement, is made through Paypal.

  9. Clients and users acknowledge and agree that the portal does save information on transactions and emails from all parties.

  10. Web Code NOW, LLC is not and will not be liable for any damages to the clients or their customers based on issues arising from the use of the portal or services provided.
